Custom build questions
How long does a build take?
Typically one to two weeks from approved quote to pickup, mostly waiting on parts delivery. Rush builds are possible when parts are in stock.
Do I pay up front?
A parts deposit once you approve the spec, and the balance at pickup. You see the receipts for every component.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. We will check compatibility, build it, and warranty our labor. Parts you supply carry their own warranty.
What about a warranty on the whole build?
Components carry manufacturer warranties, usually two to three years. Our labor is covered for one year — if something fails, bring it in and we handle the RMA and reinstall.
Can you upgrade my existing PC instead?
Often the smarter move. A GPU, SSD, or RAM upgrade with a clean Windows install can buy years. Send us your current specs through the form.
